RULES
| 1: | God-Moding is prohibited.

| 2: | Excessive Power-madness will result in a warning and/or a ban. |
| 3: | All characters must create a basic character biography BEFORE they roleplay. |
| 4: | There must be a link to this character biography in the signature area. |
| 5: | Citywide plots must be approved by a staff member. |
| 6: | ALL Characters can die, regardless of species and skills/powers. |
| 7: | NO Characters can come back from the dead, regardless of species and skills/powers. |
| 8: | All threads are subject to the interference of the IC Authorities, Solo, Private, or otherwise marked. |
| 9: | Offsite Linking is prohibited |
| 10: | Display names must contain proper characters (letters and numbers.) Symbols are not acceptable. |
| 11: | OOC must be kept to the OOC boards only. IC must be kept to the IC boards only. Crossing is prohibited |
| 12: | OOC(Out of Character) flaming and insults will not be tolerated. |
| 13: | Drama will not be tolerated. |
| 14: | Scenes of an explicit nature are prohibited. |
| 15: | Spamming and Trolling is prohibited. |
| 16: | Only staff may post advertising links. |
| 17: | Staff reserve the right to lock any thread they deem inappropriate, offensive or crossy. |
18: | Portrait & Signatures
